Joining a swim team is a big decision. If you are interested in "trying out" our team to see if it is a good fit for your family, please contact us and we'll arrange a 3-day (during one week), no cost, no obligation guest pass for new swimmers. You will be required to complete and sign a Swimmer Info Form and Consent & Waiver before entering the pool. Click the yellow button below to complete the form. Then print, sign, and bring it to the pool on your first day.

If you are a current USA Swimming member and are transferring from another USA Swimming club, please scroll down to the bottom of this page for directions and a link to transfer paperwork.

In addition to annual USA/Florida Swimming registration fees, all swimmers must pay monthly training fees, based on the swim level in which they are placed by their coach(es). Click here for further info on monthly training fees: Monthly Training Fees. Monthly training fees will be invoiced the last week of each month for the following month. These fees are due on the first day of each month. There will be a $10 late fee for payments received later than the 10th of the month. All swimmers will also be assessed an Annual CBS Club Fee in June of each year. Swimmers joining after June 1 will be required to pay this fee upon joining the team. Swimmers will receive one (1) CBS team t-shirt and swim cap each year. Additional t-shirts and caps are available for purchase.

If you are new to CBS, you will be pro-rated and invoiced for your first month of swimming after you have submitted your USA/Florida Swimming registration.

All new swimmers and returning swimmers are required to join USA Swimming. To complete the USA Swimming/Florida Swimming/CBS Islanders Swimmer Registration Form, click on the link below, complete the form, print it, sign it, and submit it to Major by your fourth day in the pool. NEW SWIMMERS AND SWIMMERS TRANSFERRING FROM AN OUT-OF-STATE USA SWIMMING CLUB MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH THIS FORM.

Click on the "Pay Now" link below to pay your 2013 (9/1/12-12/31/13) USA/Florida Swimming Registration fee ($59.00).

We will be notified when you have submitted your registration payment. You will then receive an e-mail with a link to open (and pay) for your pro-rated first month training fees.

In addition to the above, you will need to complete and submit a Club Release/Transfer Form (press on icon below). IF YOU ARE TRANSFERRING FROM A CLUB OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA, YOU MUST SUBMIT A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH THE RELEASE/TRANSFER FORM.
