All CBS-Islanders swimmers must be a current member of USA-S/Florida Swimming, and are required to pay monthly training fees, as outlined below.

All new swimmers must submit USA/Florida Swimming paperwork by fifth training day.  Consent & Release must be submitted PRIOR TO ENTERING POOL!

CBS-ISLANDERS SWIMMERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN THE FOLLOWING FORMS:

  1.  Swimmer Info Form & Consent & Waiver form - must be signed & submitted to coach BEFORE ENTERING POOL!

  2.  2009 Florida/USA Swimming Athlete Registration (valid through 12/31/09)

TRANSFERRING FROM ANOTHER USA-SWIMMING CLUB? 

 You'll just need to complete and submit a Club Release/Transfer Form (press on icon below)

MONTHLY TRAINING FEES

Level 1-Intro to Swim Team      $50/month   (Level 1 on "hiatus" until Spring)

Level 2-Development Training      $50/month

Level 2-Advanced Training      $55/month

Level 3/4-Senior Training      $55/month

Monthly Training Fees are due on the first day of each month    

Monthly dues will NOT be pro-rated for personal reasons.  The only time a monthly fee will be pro-rated is when a new swimmer joins after the first training day of a month.  In this instance, a swimmer will be charged a pro-rated amount (not to exceed the amounts above) for the month in which he or she joins CBS-Islanders.
