YUM!

3 ½ C. Flour

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Salt

1 C. Butter, softened

1 C. Crunchy Peanut Butter

2 C. Sugar

2 C. Brown Sugar

4 Eggs

½ C. Milk

2 tsp Vanilla

4 C. Oatmeal

1 C. Raisins

1 C. Chocolate Chips

Combine dry ingredients in small bowl.  Set aside.

Cream butters well and add sugars.  Beat well.  Beat eggs in bowl and add milk and vanilla.  Mix well.  Add milk mixture to butters and sugars.  Mix slightly.  Add flour mixture slowly to butter mixture.  Mix well.  Finally, add oatmeal, raisins and chips.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 9 to 13 minutes.  Cool on rack.

MAKES A LOT!

(these freeze well)

Notes from the chef...  I usually use sugar substitute for the white sugar and substitute one cup of whole wheat flour for the all purpose.  I also double the amount of chocolate chips!
